Masha Krakovskaya, A USA National and World Rhythmic Gymnastics
team member who's hard work and dedication helped her to win multiple
National and International titles, Masha took the same principles and
applied them to her Real Estate career. The result, most of Masha's
business is earned via referrals and word of mouth due to her work
ethic, efficiency and knowledge.
DISCIPLINE IS #1.
Learning discipline can be hard for any age, gender or lifestyle,
let alone for a young girl who grew up without a Father. Masha's Mother,
Yelena, did her best to provide for Masha as much as she physically
could which included taking Masha to practice every day in between jobs,
English language School and a trade school, all at the same time. All
in all, Masha had to learn discipline on her own and mostly via rigorous
gymnastics training. However hard it was for Masha, she did it. She
pushed through it, sometimes in tears and ready to give up but
nonetheless, something inside of her kept her going and allowing her to
press on.
Track Record is #2.

Will is Everything!
The last year of her 9-year gymnastics career Masha spent living in
Lake Placid, NY, at the USA Olympic Training Center, where she paid her
price with excruciating pain and tears. And the total years of hard
work and dedication gave her more than just titles and experience; it
gave her will. The will she needed to begin a brand new career in Real
Estate. The will to overcome early challenges and push forward in any
given situation and through any obstacle.
Is Real Estate Really as challenging as competing in gymnastics???
There's certainly a true meaning in the words “It's all about who
you know” when it comes to getting off the ground in Real Estate. And
that was Masha's first challenge. She really didn't know anyone moving
back to the city. She had to knock on strangers' doors to distribute
flyers and to by chance meet at least one home owner willing to talk to
her about a selling their home. She had to do whatever it took to get
herself in front of potential new clients. But once she did, her skill
set in contracts, negotiation and persona started to shine.
After knocking on people's doors for the first 6-12 months of her Real
Estate career in Los Angeles where every 3rd person you know is a Real
Estate agent or broker, Masha landed a dream job at Rare Properties,
Inc., a subsidiary of Keller Williams Real Estate, Beverly Hills and
number 1 group within the Beverly Hills office for over 5 years. A
Partner at Rare Properties, Masha has since become a motivated and
seasoned real estate professional servicing buyers and sellers
throughout the Los Angeles region.
Masha's clients come from different backgrounds and cultures. They
include software engineers, military veterans, school teachers, doctors,
entertainers and even a few International athletes. She truly enjoys
working with all types of clients on various Real Estate projects from
first-time home buyers to savvy Real Estate investors looking for
efficient and accurate representation. What Masha's clients really like
about her is her ability to manage the entire process, from beginning to
end, without the client worrying about anything. She truly takes the
anxiety out of buying and selling a home and that's not something that
just any Real Estate agent can offer.
